received if medically necessary to improve medical conditions driven by physical body weight, may be reimbursable by your
insurance carrier. We recommend that you contact your insurance carrier to verify benefits.

BEST FOR ME? To get detailed information in which OPTIFAST
program will work best for you, patients attend a free, no-obligation information session that takes about half hour. During
this session you will learn first hand about our programs, prices and the length of your program. Your questions will be answered,
and you may reach a decision at this time whether one of our programs is right for you.
Once you decide
to start a program, you will schedule for your initial evaluation and physical examination with one of our medical professionals.
At this time, you will also make an appointment for your personal introduction class where you will get everything you need
to start on your program.
